Per Far Cry 5 è stato rilasciato anche su Xbox One e PlayStation 4 il Title Update 4, già disponibile per PC, che apporta bugfix minori riguardanti il danneggiamento dei file di salvataggio oppure il matchmaking del multiplayer.
