Sono circa 100,000 i giapponesi che hanno deciso di tornare ad Ivalice, in questa estate 2017, permettendo a Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age di conquistarsi saldamente la prima posizione della settimana, battendo così la concorrenza Nintendo di Hey! Pikmin e Ever Oasis. Rimane saldo al terzo posto Gundam Versus, ma la tempesta Splatoon 2 è in arrivo, qualcuno azzarda un lancio addirittura da mezzo milione.


È la settimana del New 2DS! Il nuovo, ennesimo modello della console portatile Nintendo debutta con 43,315 esemplari venduti, risultato ben lontano degli oltre 230,000 del lancio di New 3DS, ma del resto è una console con 6 anni sul groppone. Bene anche Nintendo Switch, che risale oltre i 30,000, in attesa di Splatoon, e altrettanto bene PS4+Pro, anch'essa sopra la stessa soglia.
