Alla sua seconda settimana Kingdom Hearts III rimane saldamente in testa alla classifica dei videogiochi più venduti in Giappone portando il totale delle vendite retail sopra le 700,000 unità. Mantiene la medesima posizione anche Resident Evil 2, con un drop rate migliore. Non può dunque sperare di rientrare nelle posizioni più nobili Nelke & The Legendary Alchemists: Ateliers of the New World, lo spin-off della serie Atelier raccoglie 31,000 copie, 18,679 delle quali vendute su PS4, che rimane la console preferita dall'utenza Koei Tecmo/Gust. In fondo alla classifica troviamo altre uscite minori quali Dragon: Marked for Death e Robotics;Notes DASH.
